General

The subscription license for RADIUSaaS is user-based. In this regard User is defined as a person who is assigned to at least one device that is enabled to be authenticated via RADIUSaaS. One single User may be assigned to up to five stationary devices and five mobile devices (5+5).

Limitations

    The minimum amount of users that can be licensed is 50.
    Our license does not permit to distribute the licensed amount of users between different M365 tenants.

Pricing Model

    Every plan consists of a base fee which includes a certain amount of users per month or per year (depending on the renewal interval of the plan). The fee is due at the beginning of the billing cycle (prepaid).
    For each additional user, we charge an additional monthly or annual per-user fee, that is due during the next billing cycle (postpaid).
    You will be prompted for your desired (additional) user count on our landing page during the subscription enrolment process.

Up- and Downgrades

Upgrades

    If you want like to upgrade your user count, you can do that any time during the current subscription cycle.
    In case your desired user count exceeds the users available in your currently selected plan, please change to a suitable plan via your Azure SaaS portal first. After every plan upgrade, we will set your user count to the included amount of the new plan initially.
    In order to set up your desired user count (afterwards), please navigate to our product Landing Page through your Azure SaaS portal by clicking "Manage subscription"
    On the Landing Page you may then change the user count.
    After confirming your choice and once we have updated the license for you, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Downgrades

    Plan downgrades, i.e. the selection of a new plan with less included users than the currently active plan, are not feasible during a subscription cycle.
    If you want to perform a downgrade, please cancel your current subscription from your Azure SaaS portal towards the end of the current cycle by clicking "Unsubscribe" and re-subscribe to your desired plan once the cancellation becomes effective.

Change of Renewal Cycle

    Changing the renewal cycle by selecting a plan with a renewal cycle different than the currently active one is not feasible during a subscription cycle.
    If you want to change your renewal cycle, please cancel your current subscription from your Azure SaaS portal towards the end of the current cycle by clicking "Unsubscribe" and re-subscribe to your desired plan once the cancellation becomes effective.
During upgrades, downgrades, and a change of the renewal cycle we will ensure that your service remains uninterrupted.

Trials

Custom Trials

In case you have special requirements or constraints that require more than 50 users or a longer testing period, please contact us for an individual trial offer.

Upgrading to a paid Plan

If you are happy with our solution and decide to purchase a paid plan, we will ensure that the service we have set up during your trial period will be reinstated allowing for a seamless move towards production. In order to upgrade, please cancel your RADIUSaaS 30-Day Trial subscription and subscribe to one of our paid plans.
